Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Two to four years general good service experience required
One to two years pizza making or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow and transmit oral and written instructions
Proper food handling techniques
Ability to work with pizza dough

Job Duties

Maintains established standards for high quality food
Prepares all pizza products following established pizza recipes and standards with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by the manager
Prepares all grill items according to established production schedules and other special requests utilizing standardized recipes and specifications and obtaining the quality and quantity needed to provide overall customer satisfaction
Assembles all necessary ingredients and utensils for pizza items to be produced with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor
Maintains proper sanitation in pizza preparation area to assure a sanitary working environment
Maintains Clean As You Go attitude and a sanitary work area to provide proper conditions for food preparation with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor
