- prior kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
- safe and competent knife skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties
- learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques
- adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
- cross training in all stations - salad, saute, plancha and wood oven
- assist with inventory management
- assist with prep and dishwashing when needed
