Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months of related experience or training
Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months of related experience or training in a food preparation role
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough-making machines
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for food and customer service
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
Operate and manage the "Dough-Pro" machine
Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, countertops, and equipment
Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
