Job Requirements

  • Part-time availability with no less than 20 hours per week
  • Experience working with Italian-style pizza wood-fired experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of dough fermentation and texture control
  • Ability to produce crisp well-baked pizzas consistently
  • Comfortable working in a high-temperature fast-paced environment
  • Organized clean and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Prepare and manage pizza dough including preferments and proper fermentation control
  • Stretch dough by hand and ensure consistent thickness and crisp texture
  • Operate and maintain a wood-fired oven including temperature control fire management and cleaning
  • Prepare and portion toppings according to recipe standards
  • Execute pizzas with consistency speed and presentation standards
  • Assist with kitchen prep including sauces dessert prep ingredient prep
  • Maintain station cleanliness before during and after service
  • Follow opening and closing procedures including dough preparation for the following day
  • Monitor refrigeration temperatures and follow FIFO and labeling standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team and front counter during service
