Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months of relevant kitchen or food preparation experience
- knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate the "Dough-Pro" machine with expertise
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
