Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous foodservice or culinary experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- comply with uniform and personal hygiene standards
- follow all company safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- ensure the quality of the food and maintain quantity throughout service periods
- interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- produce pizza dough daily
- ensure proper line presentation and maintain food at proper serving temperatures
- complete daily production sheets
- store and date all food items properly
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain communication with management regarding supplies
- follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
