Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation preferred
- ability to stand and/or walk 100% of the time
- occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- ability to follow recipe and safety procedures
- strong attention to detail
- ability to maintain quality standards
- good interpersonal skills
- compliance with company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout service
- interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- produce pizza dough daily
- ensure proper line presentation including correct pans, garnishing, and utensil use
- complete daily production sheets
- store and date all food items properly
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain communication with management about products and supplies
- follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
