Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
- At least 2 years of specific experience in pizza or burger production
- Ability to work night shifts and remain organized under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability for at least 3 evening shifts per week
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of kitchen experience with 2 years of pizza or burger production
- Experience in high-volume kitchens strongly preferred
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and as part of a team
- Availability for at least 3 shifts per week
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas and burgers to Night Owl standards in a high-volume environment
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and dough presses
- Follow portioning and presentation guidelines consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cook stations throughout service
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met
- Assist with prep tasks and restocking between shifts
- Communicate clearly with teammates and management during service
- Contribute to a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork and mutual respect
