- Three to six months of related culinary experience or training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to follow food safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- Master operation of the "Dough-Pro" machine
- Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizzas station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
