Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months related experience or training
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation protocols
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- master the use of the Dough-Pro machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
