Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate the "Dough-Pro" machine efficiently
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of equipment and food preparation tools
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
