Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service or culinary experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Three to six months related experience or training
  • ability to maintain food quality and sanitation standards
  • knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • passion for food and customer service
  • basic understanding of kitchen safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • operate the Dough-Pro machine expertly
  • support line checks process
  • complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for their station
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
