Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or culinary experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Three to six months related experience or training
- ability to maintain food quality and sanitation standards
- knowledge of food preparation techniques
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for food and customer service
- basic understanding of kitchen safety protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate the Dough-Pro machine expertly
- support line checks process
- complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for their station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
