Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months of related experience or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to the job
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Three to six months of related experience or training
  • knowledge of food handling and sanitation
  • ability to operate specialized kitchen equipment
  • strong attention to detail and organization
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • operate and be an expert with the "Dough-Pro" machine
  • support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
