Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Good physical stamina and dexterity

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for food preparation and culinary creativity
  • Basic culinary skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • Operate and be an expert of the Dough-Pro machine
  • Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • Prepare all necessary items for pizza station as needed
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
