Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Good physical stamina and dexterity

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and be an expert of the Dough-Pro machine
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for pizza station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
