Job Requirements

- three to six months related experience or training
- ability to follow recipes and quality standards
- ability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate the "Dough-Pro" machine proficiently
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing and side work duties each shift
