- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and be expert on the "Dough-Pro" machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets for every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperatures
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties
