Job Duties
- Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and master the Dough-Pro machine
- support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary station items as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of equipment and food preparation surfaces
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
