Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- pizza cook experience required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday day shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of following food safety regulations and company policies

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous pizza cooking experience required
- knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- experience with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control

Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive
- uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records
- cleans kitchen after preparation and serving maintaining high cleanliness standards
- stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
- keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and stores food and supplies according to standards
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- reports maintenance needs or faulty equipment immediately
- attends in-service and safety meetings
- maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
- ensures a clean, safe work environment and performs job safely
- follows HACCP standards for portion control, presentation, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- commits to personal and others' safety
- abides by company policies including safe handling procedures for knives, hot pans, and use of slip-resistant shoes
- performs other duties as assigned
