Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year culinary or kitchen experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year culinary or kitchen experience preferably making pizza
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough using hand-stretch technique
- Prepare sauces and various toppings including tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
- Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment before use
- Assist in preparing and cooking other food items offered by the café
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed
- Complete end-of-day inventory and other opening/closing procedures
- Ensure proper food temperatures and storage
- Follow knife safety procedures
- Assist Culinary Team with received orders and storage
- Operate basic kitchen equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
