Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Expertly operate the "Dough-Pro" machine
- Support line checks and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, counter tops, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of kitchen equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
