- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and maintain the "Dough-Pro" machine
- Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- Maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
