Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • Capability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, pizzeria, or bakery preferred
  • Strong understanding of dough-making techniques and basic culinary practices
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays during events

Job Duties

  • Prepare pizza dough daily according to company recipes and production needs
  • Maintain consistency and quality in dough texture, rise time, and weight
  • Monitor dough fermentation and ensure proper storage and handling
  • Operate mixers, dough dividers, and other related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards (HACCP)
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet event timelines and volume demands
  • Maintain a clean and organized dough prep station throughout service
  • Assist with general kitchen duties as needed during event operations
