Job Duties
- maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- expertly operate the "Dough-Pro" machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary items for pizza station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, countertops, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties
