Job Qualifications
- three to six months related experience or training in food preparation or pizza making
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for food and customer service
- open to working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate and be expert in the Dough-Pro machine
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
