- three to six months of related culinary experience or training
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to stand for extended periods

- knowledge of pizza preparation and station management
- proficiency with kitchen equipment including mixers and dough machines

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- expertly operate the Dough-Pro machine
- support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
