Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic culinary skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- willingness to learn and follow company procedures and standards
Job Qualifications
- three to six months of related experience or training
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- passion for food and commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
- operate and be an expert of the "Dough-Pro" machine
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain the proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
