Job Duties
- Always adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming
- completes duties on opening, closing and prep checklists
- refers to daily prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- prepares all food ingredients in accordance with Mellow Mushroom portion sizes and recipe specifications
- maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, walls, kitchen, and refrigeration equipment
- prepares the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings
- monitors exact temperatures and cooking times for stone-baked pizzas
- communicates effectively with co-workers and guests to extend the Mellow vibe
- prepares specialty and build-your-own pizzas following recipes
- performs basic kitchen duties and supports the kitchen team during high volume periods
- follows proper nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- promptly reports equipment and food quality concerns to management
- informs management immediately of product shortages
