Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience or training in food preparation preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
Strong team collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

Three to six months of related experience or training
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Passion for food preparation and culinary creativity
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
Operate and be an expert of the Dough-Pro machine
Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
