Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
three to six months related experience or training
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
ability to follow food safety procedures
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

three to six months related experience or training
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
strong communication skills
passion for food and customer service
ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
operate and maintain expertise with the "Dough-Pro" machine
support line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
prepare all necessary items for their station as needed
practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of kitchen equipment and utensils
maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift
