Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to six months related experience or training
Knowledge of food safety procedures
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
Capacity to work flexible shifts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to six months related experience or training in food preparation
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including the Dough-Pro machine
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for food and guest service
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
Operate and be an expert on the Dough-Pro machine
Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
Prepare all necessary items for pizza station as needed
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
