- 1+ year of experience as a cook preferably with pizza or in a scratch kitchen
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
- strong knife skills and familiarity with basic kitchen equipment
- reliable, punctual, and ready to work weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- stretch dough, prep ingredients, and manage pizza orders with accuracy and consistency
- operate wood-fired or deck ovens depending on concept rotation
- ensure cleanliness and organization of prep and line stations
- follow all food safety protocols and maintain quality standards
- bring energy, teamwork, and positive vibes to the kitchen
