Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum three to six months related culinary experience or training
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
strong commitment to food safety and sanitation
availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
team player with positive attitude
ability to follow directions and work independently when necessary

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
operate the dough-pro machine expertly
support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift
