Job Qualifications

- experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- familiarity with pizza ovens and preparation tools
Job Duties
- prepare pizza dough according to recipes and standards
- assemble pizzas with various toppings
- operate pizza ovens ensuring proper baking
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pizza station and ovens
- monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and report shortages
- assist in setup and breakdown of pizza preparation and baking stations
- collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in training new team members
