Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
three to six months of related experience or equivalent training
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow food safety protocols
strong attention to detail
effective communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to operate kitchen equipment such as the dough-pro machine
strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
prepare necessary items for pizza station as needed
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
maintain proper equipment temperature and complete opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
