Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three to six months related experience or training
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Commitment to adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment including pizza dough machines

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
  • Operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
  • Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • Prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
  • Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
