Job Qualifications

- 3 to 6 months related experience or training in food preparation
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment including "Dough-Pro" machine
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- passion for food and customer service
Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and be expert in the "Dough-Pro" machine
- support line checks process
- complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment
- perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
