high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months related experience or training
knowledge of food safety and sanitation
ability to operate dough preparation equipment
good communication skills
availability to work flexible shifts
ability to stand for extended periods
teamwork mindset

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 6 months related experience or training in food preparation
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to operate kitchen equipment including "Dough-Pro" machine
strong attention to detail
good communication and teamwork skills
passion for food and customer service

Job Duties

maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
operate and be expert in the "Dough-Pro" machine
support line checks process
complete prep par sheets each shift
prepare all necessary items for the station
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
maintain proper temperature of equipment
perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
