Job Requirements

  • stand and/or walk 100% of the time
  • occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • frequently lift up to 20 lbs
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to adhere to company uniform and hygiene standards
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen experience is an asset
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • prepare all pizza oven menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
  • ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period
  • produce pizza dough daily
  • ensure proper line presentation: proper pans are used, pans are garnished, proper utensils are used according to recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at the proper serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management
  • maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
  • follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
  • assist fellow team members at every opportunity
  • perform any other duties as assigned by management
