Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to six months related experience or training
Ability to work flexible shifts including full and part-time availability
Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to kitchen duties
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to six months related experience or culinary training
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough preparation machines
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
Operate and master the Dough-Pro machine
Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
