Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in foodservice or culinary preparation preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- ability to follow all health and safety regulations
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- ensure the quality and quantity of food throughout service periods
- interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- produce pizza dough daily
- ensure proper line presentation including use of proper pans, garnishing, utensils, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- complete daily production sheets
- store and date all food items properly
- follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain open communication with management about products and supplies
- follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
