Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months related experience or training
- ability to work flexible shifts
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical capability to perform kitchen duties including standing for long periods and lifting
- willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough preparation machines
- good communication and teamwork skills
- passion for food and hospitality
- strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate the dough-pro machine expertly
- support line check processes and complete prep par sheets every shift
- prepare all necessary items for the pizza station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
