Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work as a team and in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, multiple tasks, and changing conditions
- ability to interact professionally with coworkers and the public
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ability to follow schedules, menus, SOPs, and policies
- ability to present self professionally and maintain grooming standards
- ability to move kegs and operate a hand truck
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler Card
- ability to adhere to company and department rules, policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Represent the Bosque Brewing Co. brand enthusiastically with respect and kindness
- anticipate guests' needs with urgency and attention to detail
- maintain cleanliness and proper stock in back-of-house areas
- perform daily prep, dough making, and food production using kitchen equipment
- follow recipes and approved methods to ensure consistent, quality food
- manage product costs by controlling waste
- assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- support management with inventory and communication
- comply with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations
- perform additional duties as assigned
