Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- Ability to lift occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- Produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- Ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service periods
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Produce pizza dough daily
- Ensure proper line presentation, proper pans, utensils, and food temperatures
- Complete daily production sheets
- Store and date all food items properly
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management about products and supplies
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- Follow Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
