Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to six months experience in food preparation or culinary training
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capacity to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- operate and be an expert of the Dough-Pro machine
- support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets each shift
- prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
- practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
- maintain proper equipment temperature and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
