Job Requirements

- Three to six months related experience or training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
- Operate and master the "Dough-Pro" machine
- Support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
- Prepare all necessary items for pizza station
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, countertops, and equipment
- Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
