Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
Minimum 2 years of pizza or burger production experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
Availability for night shifts
Positive and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Availability for at least 3 shifts per week
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Experience in high-volume kitchens strongly preferred
Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and as part of a team
3 years of kitchen experience with 2 years of pizza experience

Job Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas and burgers to Night Owl standards in a high-volume environment
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and dough presses
Follow portioning and presentation guidelines consistently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cook stations throughout service
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met
Assist with prep tasks and restocking between shifts
Communicate clearly with teammates and management during service
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork and mutual respect
