Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to six months of related experience or culinary training
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic food safety knowledge
Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for food and cooking
Strong attention to detail and sanitation
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and follow established recipes and procedures

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
Assure timely preparation of all pizzas station recipes
Operate the "Dough-Pro" machine expertly
Support the line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
Prepare all necessary items for the pizza station
Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
Maintain proper temperature of equipment and perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
