Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary preparation preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- ability to lift occasionally up to 50 lbs and frequently up to 20 lbs
- ability to follow recipes and maintain food quality standards
- good personal hygiene and adherence to dress code
- strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members

Job Duties
- prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service periods
- interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- produce pizza dough daily
- ensure proper line presentation including use of proper pans, garnishing, utensils and maintaining food at proper temperatures
- complete daily production sheets
- store and date all food items properly
- follow cleaning schedule and use clean-as-you-go techniques
- maintain open communication with management about products and supplies
- follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties as assigned by management
