Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation or culinary role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and management

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes
- Produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period
- Stretch dough and toss to attain round shape for pizza
- Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain quality and quantity throughout service periods
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Produce pizza dough daily
- Ensure proper line presentation and maintain proper food temperatures
- Complete daily production sheets
- Store and date all food items properly
- Follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- Maintain communication with management regarding products and supplies
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards
- Assist fellow team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
