Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation preferred
- valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, reach, and occasionally climb or stoop as required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation
- consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
- prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
- manage and ensure quality of each step of the production line
- document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
- set up kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
