Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
  • access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, reach, and occasionally climb or stoop as required
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation
  • consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • prepare a variety of food items accurately and with quality
  • manage and ensure quality of each step of the production line
  • document and report discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment
  • set up kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
