Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation preferred
  • valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
  • access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in food preparation
  • consistently prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas
  • prepare a variety of food items accurately and with high quality
  • manage and ensure quality of each step of the product life cycle particularly the production line
  • document and report any discrepancies with food products, safety, and equipment if necessary
  • set up kitchen successfully for next shift including opens and closes
